Jim Joffe has an extensive background in the manufactured housing industry, with experience in lease negotiations, rent control ordinances, acquiring new properties to manage, and more. A licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Mobile Home Dealer, Jim has served as president of the Board of Directors for the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA), and has served numerous terms on advisory boards for the mobile home park industry. He is a featured speaker and presenter at many of the industry’s teaching seminars and events throughout California and frequently contributes articles in the WMA Reporter Magazine. James was awarded the 2011 Busch, Carr, McAdoo Award (WMA’s award), for his contributions to the industry and has chaired the WMA Small Parks Committee and has served on the Legislative and Renaissance Committees.
