Updating User Profile

How to get to Profile

To access the user profile section click the “My Profile” option that is in the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
You can also access it via the menu button in the upper right of the screen. A “My Profile” option will appear there as well.

Profile Screen

When you click on the My Profile button you will be taken to a screen that looks like below.

If you update any of this info in the profile section, you will need to make sure to click the Update Profile button to save the changes.

Contact Information

In the Contact Information section, you can edit your first and last name, your email address, and your cell phone number. You are not allowed to edit the CRM phone number because this has to match the Twilio account number set up for the user. If the CRM phone needs to be updated, this can be done by an administrator logging into the backend of the CRM via https://homequestsales.com/wp-admin/

Social Information

In the Social Information section, you can enter the url’s to various social media website accounts. This is used for pushing listing’s to your Facebook or Linked In account for example.

Agent Area/Categories

In the Agent Area/Categories section, you can specify the category of homes associated with the agent as well as the category of action that best fits the agent.

Agent Custom Data

In the Agent Custom Data section, you can specify some custom fields to store data that doesn’t really belong in the other fields on the form. Just click on the “Add Custom Field” button and parameter and value fields will appear. In the parameter label you specify the label for the data and in the value field you specify the actual data.

Agent Location

In the Agent Location section you can specify the City, State and Area/Region associated with the agent.

Agent Details

In the Agent Details section you can change the title/position for your account as well as a general place for notes in the About Me field.

Photo

In the Photo section, you can select a photo that will be shown in various places throughout the website., such as in upper right corner. The image needs to be at least 500 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall.

Availability

The Availability section is used to let ChatGPT know when agents are available for appointments to be scheduled with them. You can specify which days they are available by clicking on the slider on the left. In the From and To columns you specify the time range you are available ignoring lunch, then in the Lunch From and Lunch To you can specify the time range that the agent would normally have lunch break.
 
After making a change to the availability be sure to click the “Update Availability” button to save your changes.

Resetting your password

If you need to change your password, in the “Change Password” section, just type in your old password then your new password that you want twice and then click the “Reset Password” button

Your password should contain at least one capital and one lowercase letter, a number and a special character and be minumum of 8 characters long.
