Transfer Disclosure Field Reference

General

  1. Document ID – A generated unique serial number for this specific document. This is not editable.
  2. Agreement Date – The date the Transfer Disclosure was made. This field is specific to this document.
  3. Listing Address – The address of the home where it is located. This is pulled from the Listing and is not editable.
  4. Listing City – The city of the home where it is located. This is pulled from the Listing and is not editable.
  5. Listing County – The county of the home where it is located. This is pulled from the Listing and is not editable.
  6. Listing State – The state of the home where it is located. This is pulled from the Listing and is not editable.
  7. Listing Zip – The zip code of the home where it is located. This is pulled from the Listing and is not editable.
  8. Year Built – The year that the home was built. This is pulled from the Listing and is not editable.
  9. Make – The make of the home. This is pulled from the Listing and is editable. If you edit it here, it will change it on the Listing and vice versa.
  10. Serial # – The number that uniquely identifies the home. This is pulled from the Listing and is editable. If you edit it here, it will change it on the Listing and vice versa.
  11. HCD Decal – Another identifying number of the home. This is pulled from the Listing and is editable. If you edit it here, it will change it on the Listing and vice versa.

  2. Home Features – Check any features/amenities that will be included with the purchase of the home.
  3. Exhaust Fan – Specify the location of the exhaust fan, if any.
  4. 220 Volt Wiring – Specify the location of the 220 Volt Wiring, if any.
  5. Fireplaces – Specify the location of the fireplace(s), if any.
  6. Gas Starter – Specify the location of the gas starter(s), if any.
  7. Roof and Type – Specify the type of roof, if known.
  8. Roof Age – Enter the approximate age of the roof, if known.
  9. Other – Specify any other features of the house that aren’t included in the checkboxes or fields that are to be included in the home.
  10. Items not in Operating Condition – If there are any items that are included with the home not in operating condition select “Yes“.
  11. List of Items not in Operating Condition – If you selected yes for section 10, then write of list of items not in operating condition.
  12. Defects/Malfunctions – If there are any defects to any of the items in the checkboxes in this section, then click the checkbox next to the question and check any items that have defects.
  13. Additional Defects – If there are defects to items not included in the checkboxes, specify them here.
  14. Describe Defects – If there were any defects in section 12 or 13, then describe the defects in detail.
  15. Home Checklist – In this checklist, select “Yes” for any that apply. The default selection will be “No“.
  16. Explanation of Checklist – If anything was checked in section 15, then provide an explanation of the issues.
