Support Request Field Reference

Field Reference

Any fields that have an * are required fields. These fields must be filled in order to save the form. If you leave the page without clicking the “Save Support Request” button then you will lose all unsaved information.
  1. Manufacturer – The manufacturer of the home. This is a required field.
  2. Home Type – The type of home. The selections in the drop-down are Available Home, New Home, or ADU. This is a required field.
  3. Priority – The priority level of the ticket. The options are High, Medium, or Low. This is a required field.
  4. Status – Indicates the state of the ticket. Possible values are Open, On Hold, Ongoing, Resolved, or Canceled.
  5. Park Name – The name of the park the home is located in. This is a required field.
  6. Space No – The space no within the park where the home is located. This is a required field.
  7. Address – The address of the park. This gets looked up when the park is selected. This is a required field.
  8. City – The city of the park. This gets looked up when the park is selected. This is a required field.
  9. State – The state of the park. This gets looked up when the park is selected. This is a required field.
  10. Zip – The zip code of the park. This gets looked up when the park is selected. This is a required field.
  11. Agent Responsible – The agent that is assigned to the ticket. This is a required field.
  12. Close of Escrow Date – This is the date that escrow will be closed. This field is not editable on this view but is entered on the new ticket form.
  13. Created Date – This is the date that the ticket was created. This is automatically entered when the new ticket is submitted and is not editable.
  14. Due Date – The Due Date that the ticket should be completed.
  15. Subject – A brief description of the problem/request in a few words.
  16. Description – A detailed description of the problem/request.
  17. Resolution – Whatever was done to resolve the request can be described in detail in this field.

This section is auto-filled when the support request is created and it comes from the Contact record that matches the information they entered in the form.

 

  1. First Name – The first name of the contact. This is a required field.
  2. Last Name – The last name of the contact. This is a required field.
  3. Mobile Number – The main mobile number of the contact. This is a required field.
  4. Phone Number – The main phone number of the contact.
  5. Spouse First Name – The first name of the spouse of the contact if applicable.
  6. Spouse Last Name – The last name of the spouse of the contact if applicable.
  7. Spouse Mobile Number – The main mobile number of the spouse of the contact if applicable.
  8. Spouse Phone Number – The main phone number of the spouse of the contact if applicable.
  9. Organization – The organization that the contact belongs to.
  10. Date of Birth – The date of birth of the contact.
  11. Address – The address of the related contact.
  12. City – The city of the related contact.
  13. State – The state of the related contact.
  14. Zip – The zip code of the related contact.
  15. Email Address – The main email address of the related contact. Any notifications about the ticket will be sent to this address. If the opt out checkbox is checked, then no emails will be sent to this address automatically.
