2 – Property Marketing

This is the Property Marketing section of the Resale Checklist. For the overview click here.

Review Title & Registration

This task is automatically completed when the “Complete Signed Listing Agreement” task is completed in the Market Analysis section.

Schedule Video Virtual Tour Shoot

Click the “Schedule Vid/VR Appt” button to go to the “Listing Video & Virtual Tour Appointments” popup to select an date/time for the appointment. This task can be checked manually.

Required fields are marked with an *.

The Listing Title is automatically populated from the related Listing. The Seller Info is automatically populated by the Contact info on the Listing which is at the bottom of the Listing Details screen. These fields are not editable.

If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.

Once you have filled out all of the required fields and filled out any other fields that apply, then you click the “Save Video & Virtual Tour” button at the very bottom of the form to save it.

Once you have saved the appointment, then the date/time of the appointment will show to the right of the task and the button is changed to View Appointment. If you click on View Appointment, then you can edit the date/time or cancel the appointment.
Once the appointment has been completed and the video made, then you can click the “Upload Video/VR” button to bring up the pop-up window called “Upload Video & Virtual Tour”.

From this screen you can select where the video is located; either from vimeo or youtube. In the Embed Video id you enter the id of the video which is the code of the last part of the url. For example, the bold text in the url https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7RKbZOqcoE is the code.

In addition to the video, you can enter a full url to the virtual tour.

Lastly, you can specify a placeholder image to show before you click the link to view the video by clicking the “Upload Image” button and then either selecting an image in the media library or just dragging and dropping a file into the browser.

Once you are done filling out the fields, you will need to click the “Save Video & Virtual Tour” button to save your changes.

If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.

Complete and Distribute Virtual Tour

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have completed distributing the virtual tour. The task is handled outside of the CRM.

List Property on all MLS service Listing Services

The agent can check the checkbox after they have published the property to either MH Village or MLS. The buttons are still under development.

Publish Property to Social Media

Facebook

The agent can click the “Publish to Facebook” button to automatically add the property as a Facebook post.

This will post to both Home Quest’s Facebook page as well as the Facebook page of the Agent assigned to the listing.

If the person logging in is an Admin, then they can do this action on any resale checklist, while an agent will be only able to do this action on the resale checklist on their own leads.

If the agent is already logged into Facebook, then it will just post straight to their account. However, if they are not logged into Facebook, then a dialog will come up asking them to log into their Facebook account. If they login, then it will post to their Facebook account.

Once the push is successful the button will turn green and say that it is published to Facebook.

Note: The agent must have the url to their personal Facebook page setup in their profile before being able to post to their Facebook.
Instagram

The agent can click the “Publish to Instagram” button to automatically add the property as a Instagram post to Home Quest’s Instagram account. This will include a picture and description of the property.

Publishing Ads
