7 – Open Escrow

Opened Escrow

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have started the escrow process. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
Submitted Escrow Information Sheet

Click the “Escrow Information Sheet” button to be taken to the “Manufactured Home Dealer Escrow Information Sheet Only” form in the pop-up window.

In this form, you fill out all of the details regarding the escrow and detail related to closing it. The fields with a grey background are pre-populated with information from the listing. The other fields with a white background are editable and should be filled out.
There are no required fields on the form but you will need to make sure click the “Save Escrow Report” button at the bottom of the form to save your work.
If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.
Once you are done with the form you can check the task to mark it as completed.
To get the pdf of the form click the “Download PDF” and it will download through your browser.

Submitted MH Info Sheet

This checkbox is automatically checked when the “Complete Signed Listing Agreement” task is checked in the Market Analysis section.
Submitted Original Title & Registration

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have completed submitting the Original Title & Registration. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
Received Escrow Instructions

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have received the escrow instructions. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
Registered Owner Signed Docs

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once the owner has signed all of the related documents and has been registered. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
Registered Buyer Signed Docs

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once the buyer has signed all of the related documents and has been registered. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
HomeQuest Signed Docs

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once HomeQuest has signed all of the related documents and has been registered. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
All Docs Sent to Escrow

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once all relevant documents has been completed and registered. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
