New Home Checklist

How to view Checklist

This only applies to Lead’s with a type of New Home. For the checklist for Existing homes please click here.

 

Before you can view the new home checklist you must first select a Manufacturer and a Unit and save the lead. Once you do then the Mobile Home Checklist link will appear above the lead details.

When you click on that link, you will be taken to the New Home Checklist.

New Home Checklist Screen

A list of all of the steps that need to be completed are on the left side and ordered in the order that they need to be completed. The checkbox will be automatically be checked once you complete the necessary actions but can be manually changed as well.

Complete New Home Purchase Order Form

To start filling out the new home purchase form you just need to click the “Purchase Order” button and a pop-up form will appear with many fields that need to be filled out for the new home. For a field reference for this form click here.

Once you have filled out all of the required fields (which would just be the Document ID), and filled out any other fields that apply, then you click the “Save Unit Purchase Order” button at the very bottom of the form to save it.

 

If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.
 

At any time you can click the “Download PDF” button and it will download the document through your web browser. When you open the pdf document it will look like the form below (First page shown). Any fields filled out in the form will show in the appropriate spot on the pdf automatically.

New Home Inspection Checklist

To start filling out the inspection checklist you just need to click the “Inspection Checklist” button and a pop-up form will appear with many fields that need to be filled out for the inspection. For a field reference for this form click here.

Once you have filled out the information as much as you can, then you click the “Save Inspection Checklist” button at the very bottom of the form to save it.

 

If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.
 

At any time you can click the “Download PDF” button and it will download the document through your web browser. When you open the pdf document it will look like the form below (First page shown). Any fields filled out in the form will show in the appropriate spot on the pdf automatically.

Dispute Resolution Notice

To start filling out the Dispute Resolution Notice you just need to click the “Dispute Resolution Notice” button and a pop-up form will appear with some signatures that need to be filled out.

Once you have filled out the information , then you click the “Save Dispute Resolution Notice” button at the very bottom of the form to save it.

 

If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.
 

At any time you can click the “Download PDF” button and it will download the document through your web browser. When you open the pdf document it will look like the form below (only 1 page). Any fields filled out in the form will show in the appropriate spot on the pdf automatically.
