New Home Checklist Overview
How to view Checklist
This only applies to Lead’s with a type of New Home. For the checklist for Existing homes please click here.
Before you can view the new home checklist you must first select a Manufacturer and Unit and save the lead. Once you do then the Mobile Home Checklist link will appear above the lead details.
When you click on that link, you will be taken to the New Home Checklist.
You can also get to the New Home Checklist by clicking the “NH Checklist” option in the Actions button on the Lead record in the Leads List.

A list of all of the steps that need to be completed are on the left side and ordered in the order that they need to be completed. The checkbox will be automatically be checked once you complete the necessary actions on some tasks and on other tasks you will need to check the checkbox manually once you complete them.
