Viewing events on the Dashboard
Month View
By default this is the view you see when you go to the dashboard. It shows the calendar in a traditional format like on a printed calendar. Events will show up as colored blocks on the day they are scheduled.

The color is randomized to make it easier to distinguish events but the color doesn’t have any meaning.

What you see on the block is the start time of the event in shorthand, so 9:00 am shows as 9a and 1:00 pm shows as 1p. You also see the event title after the time.
The day highlighted in yellow is the current day.

By default the current week/month/year is shown but if you click the button then you can view the previous month/week/year. Likewise, if you click the
you will see the next week/month/year.

If you want to jump back to the current week/month/year then you just need to click the button.
List Week/Month/Year
It shows the events as a list and it is (oldest on the top, newest on the bottom).

Event Preview
This view is just for display only and the event is not editable from here.
Viewing an Event from the Events Tab
From the Lead on Contact detail views you can view a list of Events on the Events tab.

This tab is similar to the List Month view on the Dashboard except it is showing only those events for the particular Lead/Contact you are looking at.

Clicking on an event will show the same Event Preview as it does on the Dashboard.
