Making a Call
Where To Initiate It
This shows the name of the person you are calling as well as their number.
The blue microphone icon will toggle muting your microphone.
You can end the call at any time by clicking the “Leave” button.
Whether the contact hangs up or you click the “Leave” button, you will be taken to a screen to enter a log for the call.
On this screen you specify the status of the call, whether it was a Success, No Answer, or Left Voicemail.
You can enter any additional comments about the call as well.
Once you click the “Save Message” button it will create the call log in the Calls tab in the Lead detail.
