Lead Field Reference

Field Reference

Any fields that have an * are required fields. These fields must be filled in order to save the form. If you leave the page without clicking the Save or Add Lead button then you will lose all unsaved information.
  1. Lead Type.
    This is a required field. Possible values are:
    • Buyer
    • Seller
    • Park Owner
    • Property Manager
    • Onsite Manager
    • Service Provider
    • Real Estate Agent
    • General
  2. Housing Type
    This is a required field. Possible values are:
    • Available Home
    • New Home
    • Spec Home
Available Home/Spec Home – The following are fields that show up when Available Home or Spec Home is selected:
  1. County
    This is a required field. Select the county in which the home is located. If you can’t find a county in the list then just select “Non-Listed County”.
  2. City
    This is a required field. Select the city in which the home is located. If you can’t find a city in the list then just select “Non-Listed City”. If you have selected “Non-Listed County” then “Non-Listed City” will be selected by default.
  3. Park Name
    Select the Park in which the home is located. This list is filtered depending on the city that was selected and pulls info from the MH Parks section.
  4. Space #
    Select an available Space # depending on the park that was selected. If you can’t find the space # in the list, then select “Non-Listed Home”. This option is only available for Spec Homes and Available Homes, which must have a Space # specified.
  5. Listing Name
    This field is not editable. The Listing name will automatically be populated based on the Park and Space No you choose. If you selected “Non-Listed Home”, then this will just be blank.
  6. Serial #
    This field is not editable. This will show the serial number of the related listing once the listing is specified.
If you have selected a non-listed property, then an “Add New Listing” button will appear to allow you to make a partial listing. Clicking this will bring up a shortened form for filling out a listing with only the required fields. For more information about creating a new listing click here.
New Home – The following are fields that show up when “New Home” is selected:
  1. Manufacturer
    Select the manufacturer of the home.
  2. Unit
    Select the specific unit based on the Manufacturer you have selected.
  1. Agent Responsible
    The agent to be assigned to the lead. This list is pulling all agents from the agents list on the website back-end.
  2. Agent Email
    The agent’s primary email associated with the lead. This is auto-populated when the agent is selected. If the opt out checkbox is checked, then the agent won’t receive any notifications related to this Lead.
  3. Interested In
    This is what kind of home the lead is interested in. Possible values include:
    • ADU
    • All Ages MHP
    • Park Model
    • Private Land
    • Senior MHP
    • Tiny Home
  4. Lead Created
    This is the date that the lead was created. It is not editable and it automatically enters today’s date on a new lead record.
  5. Date of Last Activity
    This date will be auto-populated and updated based on the activity of the Lead, so there is no need to enter it initially.
  6. Date of Next Activity
    This date will be auto-populated and updated based on the activity of the Lead, so there is no need to enter it initially.
  7. Lead Source
    Where this lead has heard about this home. Possible values include:
    • MH Village
    • Fleetwood
    • YouTube
    • Web General
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • J & H
    • Home Show
    • WMA
    • CMHI
    • HQ Website
    • Phone Inquiry
    • Back Porch Homes
    • Champion
    • SilverQuest
    • Zillow
    • My State MLS
    • Open House
  8. Lead Status
    The current state of the lead. Possible values include:
    • Open – Not Contacted (This option is the default for a new lead.)
    • Open – Attempted Contacted (This is for a new lead where the agent calls but hasn’t got a response.)
    • Open – Contacted (This is for a lead where the agent is in communication with the contact.)
    • Closed – Disqualified (This is for a lead that should no longer be pursued because the contact does not qualify for the home.)
  9. Contact
    This is a required field. Select the contact from the list related to the lead by typing the first few letters of their first name which will filter down the list. If the contact is not in the list, then select “New”. Once you select a contact, fields 12-23 will be automatically filled out for you.
  10. First Name
    This is a required field. The first name of the contact.
  11. Last Name
    This is a required field. The last name of the contact.
  12. Mobile Number
    This is a required field. The main mobile number for the contact.
  13. Phone Number
    This is a required field. The alternate phone number for the contact.
  14. Spouse First Name
    The first name of the spouse if applicable.
  15. Spouse Last Name
    The last name of the spouse if applicable.
  16. Spouse Mobile Number
    The main mobile phone number of the spouse if applicable.
  17. Spouse Mobile No
    The main alternate number for the spouse if applicable.
  18. Organization
    What company/organization the lead is affiliated with or working for.
  19. DOB (Date of Birth)
    The date of birth of the contact.
  20. Address/City/State/Zip
    The mailing address of the contact. If you click on the pin icon then a new tab will open to google maps and show where the address is on the map.
  21. Email Address
    This is a required field. The main email address used for communication with the contact. Any notifications from the system will go to this email address unless the “Opt Out” checkbox is checked.
  22. Special Comments
    Any additional notes for this lead.
