Contact Field Reference

Field Reference
Any fields that have an * are required fields. These fields must be filled in order to save the form. If you leave the page without clicking the Save or Add Contact button then you will lose all unsaved information.- First NameThis is a required field. The first name of the contact.
- Last NameThis is a required field. The last name of the contact.
- Mobile NoThis is a required field. The main mobile number for the contact. Clicking the phone icon will start a call with that number.
- Phone NoThe alternate phone number for the contact. Clicking the phone icon will start a call with that number.
- Spouse First NameThe first name of the spouse if applicable.
- Spouse Last NameThe last name of the spouse if applicable.
- Spouse Mobile NoThe main mobile phone number of the spouse if applicable.
- Spouse Phone NoThe main alternate number for the spouse if applicable.
- Email AddressThis is a required field. The main email address used for communication with the contact. Any notifications from the system will go to this email address unless the “Opt Out” checkbox is checked.
- OrganizationWhat company/organization the contact is affiliated with or working for.
- TitleWhat title does the contact have.

Contact TypeThe type of contact. Possible values are:
- Buyer
- Seller
- Prop Manager
- Park Owner
- Vendor

Prospect TypeThe type of prospect this contact is. Possible values are:
- MHP
- ADU
- Private Land
- Address/City/State/ZipThe mailing address of the contact. If you click on the
icon then a new tab will open to google maps and show where the address is on the map.
- DOB (Date of Birth)The date of birth of the contact.
- Contact CreatedThis is the date that the contact was created. It is not editable and it is automatically enters today’s date on a new contact record.
- Date of Last ActivityThis date will be auto-populated and updated based on the activity of the Lead, so there is no need to enter it initially.
- Date of Next ActivityThis date will be auto-populated and updated based on the activity of the Lead, so there is no need to enter it initially.
- Contact DescriptionAny additional notes for this contact.
- Senior Community (55+)Indicates that the contact qualifies for Senior Community Homes.
