Agent Sent Original Paperwork to HomeQuest
This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have sent all of the paperwork to HomeQuest. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
Listing Agreement
This checkbox is automatically checked once the task “Complete Signed Listing Agreement” is completed in the Market Analysis section.
Purchase Agreement
This checkbox is automatically checked once the task “Purchase Agreement Form” is completed in the Offers section.
Transfer Disclosure
This checkbox is automatically checked once the task “Registered Owner Signed Transfer Disclosure” is completed in the Registered Owner section. This task isn’t completed until all of the subtasks underneath are complete as well.
Receipt for Deposit
Click the “Receipt for Deposit” button to go to the “Manufactured Home Receipt for Deposit” form with details about the payment of the escrow. This task can be checked manually.
Required fields are indicated by an *.
The Document ID and the Date Signed are required but the other should be filled out where applicable.
If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.
Once you have filled out the form, then you click the “Save Receipt Deposit Form” button at the very bottom of the form to save it.
The task does not complete automatically when you save the form and you will need to manually check it off as complete when you are finished with the form.
To download a pdf of the form just click the “Download PDF” button and it will download it through the web browser.
Waiver Form or Home Inspection Report
Click the “Home Inspection Report” button to go to the “Home Warranty, Home Inpsection, And/Or Mold Waiver” form where you can specify if any inspections are being waived. This task can be checked manually.
There are no required fields on this form.
All of the fields with a grey background are not editable and the information is pulled from the Listing record. The fields with a white background are editable and should be filled out where applicable.

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have been paid their commission. The task is handled outside of the CRM.
