Buyer

This is the Buyer section of the Resale Checklist. For the overview click here.

Buyer Signed Purchase Agreement

To upload the Signed Purchase Agreement by the Buyer, just click on the “Upload Signed Offer” button on the task. This will bring you to the media library to select an existing document. If the document isn’t there, you can upload it from your local computer.

 

Once you have uploaded a document then the task will be completed and the list of all uploaded documents will show beneath the task.

 

To delete the document, click the red trash can icon on the right.

To upload the Signed Transfer Disclosure by the Buyer, just click on the “Upload TDS” button on the task. This will bring you to the media library to select an existing document. If the document isn’t there, you can upload it from your local computer.

 

Once you have uploaded a document then the task will be completed and the list of all uploaded documents will show beneath the task.

 

To delete the document, click the red trash can icon on the right.

Collected Deposit

This is a simple checkbox that the agent will need to manually check once they have collected the deposit from the buyer. The task is handled outside of the CRM.

Schedule Home Inspection or Signed Waiver

Click the “Schedule Home Inspection” button to go to the “Home Inspection or Signed Waiver” popup to select an date/time for the home inspection. This task can’t be checked manually.

Required fields are marked with an *.

 

The Listing Title is automatically populated from the related Listing. The Seller Info is automatically populated by the Contact info on the Listing which is at the bottom of the Listing Details screen. These fields are not editable.

 

If you close the window without clicking the save button first you will lose any data you have entered in the form.
 
Once you have filled out all of the required fields and filled out any other fields that apply, then you click the “Save Appointment” button at the very bottom of the form to save it.
 
Once you have saved the appointment, then the date/time of the appointment will show to the right of the task. If you click on Schedule Home Inspection again, then you can edit the date/time or cancel the appointment.

Schedule Pest Inspection or Signed Waiver

Click the “Schedule Pest Inspection” button to go to the “Pest Inspection or Signed Waiver” popup to select an date/time for the pest inspection. This task can’t be checked manually.
