HomeQuest Provides New Homes to Diamond Springs in Scenic Placerville
As one of the leading retailers of manufactured homes in the Western United States for over two decades, HomeQuest has worked with countless home buyers to purchase their dream homes and ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) to provide extra space on their existing properties. The company also frequently works with mobile home and manufactured home park owners to deliver new homes to redevelop and elevate their communities.
When HomeQuest partners with community owners to replace homes as much as 50 years old, these projects have far-reaching benefits, including pride of ownership for homebuyers, improved home values for neighbors, increased investment value for community owners, as well as the beautification and tax benefits for a city.
One of HomeQuest’s current projects is Diamond Springs Mobile Home Park in Placerville, California, a scenic community in the beautiful Sierra Mountain foothills between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. HomeQuest is adding eight new homes to Diamond Springs, all of which will offer two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, carports, and between 1,300 and 1,400 square feet of living space. Select models will also have porches.
Designed by award-winning architects and designers, these homes draw their inspiration from notable and architecturally distinctive regions around North America. The new homes are from several manufacturers including Skyline, Karsten, Silvercrest, and Champion Homes.
“We only work with top manufacturers and are proud to provide these new homes to Diamond Springs,” said Shane Joffe, partner and general manager of HomeQuest. “Diamond Springs is a wonderful community in a beautiful part of El Dorado County, and we know these new homes will sell quickly.”
Diamond Springs Mobile Home Park is a 55-and-up community on over 24 acres in Placerville. This senior community is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, yet still close to nearby shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, and Interstate-50.
Home sites feature spacious lots, many with front, side, and backyards. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a full kitchen, meeting space, and library; laundry center; game room; and on-site management. RV parking is also available for an additional fee.
Rich in history, Placerville is a charming California “gold rush” town named after the placer gold deposits found in its riverbeds and hills in the late 1840’s. Placerville’s Historic Main Street offers a variety of fun shops to discover, along with the historic Bell Tower, standing as a monument to the city’s volunteer firemen. Today, the Bell Tower serves as a gathering place for parades, celebrations, and other Main Street events.
