HomeQuest and its sister company, J&H Asset Property Management Inc., are once again helping to create holiday magic for 105 families in need this holiday season. In what has become a beloved annual tradition, HomeQuest and J&H are partnering with dozens of their clients who own manufactured and mobile home communities to donate nearly $90,000 in gifts, gift cards, and rental assistance to their residents in need.

HomeQuest and J&H, along with many of their community-owner clients throughout the Western U.S., are donating gifts to families throughout the the state, with most living in Southern California.

Every October, HomeQuest and J & H reach out to the managers in the manufactured home communities they serve, and families and individuals in need are nominated by the manager and “adopted” by the companies and community owners as a way of directly giving back to the communities they serve.

Although the companies began adopting families through local churches nearly 25 years ago, they have donated over $620,000 in wrapped gifts, gift certificates, and even rent assistance to families in their own communities over the last 13 years.

“Our Adopt-a-Family program is a special holiday tradition that is more important than ever as inflation continues to be high and many people are one challenge away from not being able to pay their bills,” said Shane Joffe, sales manager and partner of HomeQuest. “We’re always happy to give back to the community and make the holidays a little brighter for those in need, which is the true spirit of the season.”
