HomeQuest has announced that will provide new manufactured homes to Colorado-based Fruition Communities at its new development in Riverside, California. Fruition Riverside is an affordable home community and the first ground-up development of its kind in Southern California – one of the priciest real estate markets in the country – in 25 years.

Operating under Fruition California Holdings and located in the northern part of Riverside in the Inland Empire, the community spans nearly 13 acres and will consist of 99 three-bedroom, two bath homes when completed.

HomeQuest will deliver new manufactured homes by Silvercrest, a subsidiary of Skyline Champion. The homes feature modern touches including Craftsman-style shutters, Corian designer countertops and carbon granite kitchen islands, matte black and satin nickel hardware, vinyl flooring, as well as covered porches, laundry rooms, and carports. Some custom upgrades will be available.

Fruition Riverside will also feature common area amenities for its residents including a sparkling pool, a dog park, a community center, and additional recreation space.
