HomeQuest Delivers New Manufactured Homes to Roadrunner Golf & Country Club
HomeQuest is proud to partner with mobile home parks and manufactured home communities throughout the Western United States to update them by replacing aging homes with beautiful, modern new homes. HomeQuest revitalizes older communities by not only bringing in new homes, but also helping them expand, and redeveloping clubhouses and other common areas.
According to partner and sales and marketing manager Shane Joffe, redeveloping and expanding older communities is vital to home values, the investment of property owners, and even their cities.
One of HomeQuest’s current projects is Roadrunner Golf & Country Club in Borrego Springs, undergoing a significant expansion. HomeQuest is filling 50 spaces with new manufactured homes. The first two homes – both offering golf courses and mountain views – have been delivered and are listed at $350,000.
The three-bedroom homes each have detached garages, are energy efficient feature decorative transom windows, 9 ft. coffered ceilings, spacious kitchen islands, and farmhouse sinks, and are situated on spacious lots. Both modern and farmhouse options are available.
Roadrunner is an upscale, 55+ community that caters to a golf and active lifestyle. The well-maintained property has mature willows, palm trees, and swans and ducks that can be seen on the lake.
“Roadrunner is a great community and in high demand by those seeking a retirement home or weekend getaway in the desert,” shared Joffe. “We don’t expect these homes to last on the market long, and we can take orders for new homes at any time.”
The property has an array of amenities including a members-only 18-hole Executive Golf Course, a putting green, a heated salt-water pool and mineral bath, shuffleboard courts, pickleball, tennis, lawn bowling, horseshoes, bocce ball, a picnic and BBQ area, and two dog parks complete with a shampoo and grooming station. There is also convenient RV, trailer, and boat storage available on-site.
There is also a variety of entertainment and activities in Borrego Springs, from guided tours of the picturesque Anza-Borrego Desert. The renowned Sky Art Sculptures depicting desert life as it was millions of years ago, to the Borrego Art Institute, and local rock art – the petroglyphs and pictographs left behind by the Native Americans who inhabited the Anza-Borrego Desert and left their legacy.
