HomeQuest Delivers Dozens of New Homes to Rancho Robles in Visalia

As one of the leading manufactured home retailers in the Western United States, HomeQuest is always proud to partner with mobile home parks and manufactured home communities to update them with modern new homes. The company revitalizes older communities by not only bringing in new manufactured homes to replace aging mobile homes, but HomeQuest can also expand and redevelop the communities, their clubhouses, and other common areas.

According to partner and sales and marketing manager Shane Joffe, redeveloping older communities is vital to home values, the investment of property owners, the cities these properties are in, and more.

One of HomeQuest’s current enhancement projects is Rancho Robles in beautiful Visalia in Central California. Rancho Robles is undergoing a significant update as HomeQuest is filling 40 vacant spaces with new manufactured homes. Three model homes are being delivered this spring that offer two and three bedrooms and will be open for touring and sales.

Visalia has grown over the years in population, diversity, and sophistication. Once a creekside settlement, Visalia has become a thriving community that takes pride in the small-town feel and high quality of life that accompanies big city amenities.

Conveniently located off California State Route 99, Rancho Robles is a 170-space community on 17 acres in Visalia. Known as the Gateway to the Sequoias, Visalia and Rancho Robles are located about an hour away from the entrance of this national treasure.

Green space abounds in the area and Rancho Robles residents are lucky to live alongside a 104-acre regional park. Mooney Grove Regional Park is a recreational resource for Rancho Robles homeowners and is equipped with arbors, picnicking, baseball, disk golf, a small lagoon, a museum, a pioneer village, and playgrounds.

In addition, residents of Rancho Robles enjoy community amenities including a 1,900 sq. ft. clubhouse with an assembly hall, kitchen, fireplace, and billiards table. There is also a large outdoor patio, community garden, swimming pool, and convenient onsite laundry facility.

Rancho Robles is an all-ages community that is owned by Augusta Communities is a 501(c)3 non-profit housing organization that owns and operates mobile home communities. Augusta Communities was established to provide affordable housing solutions. Unlike for-profit owners, Augusta Communities does not make rent, maintenance, capital improvement, or other ownership decisions based on optimizing profits. These decisions are based on how Augusta can make its communities cleaner, more stable, and more enjoyable places to live while keeping a focus on affordability.
