HomeQuest Adds 8 New Homes to Beautiful Summit Mobile Home Community
HomeQuest Manufactured homes are more desirable than ever, and continue to be elevated through improved construction codes, quality materials, finishes, and features such as porches, attached garages, and more. Similarly, the manufactured and mobile home communities these homes are in need to be kept updated by adding more modern homes and renovating community amenities that may be decades old.
HomeQuest is proud to work with manufactured home communities and tiny home villages throughout California to keep them fresh and revitalized by replacing aging homes. Many of the state’s manufactured home communities began as mobile home parks as much as 50 years ago. Redeveloping these communities is vital to home values, property owners, and even their cities.
HomeQuest partners with owners to remove older homes and replace them with modern new homes that are built to HUD code and are often built better than traditional site-built homes. As housing costs continue to rise, and due to the increasing popularity of manufactured housing, many communities are expanding by adding more homes and new amenities.
One of HomeQuest’s current projects is Summit Mobile Home Community, a beautiful hillside community in West Hills, an affluent community in the Western San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County. HomeQuest is adding eight new homes to Summit, all of which will offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, carports, and between 1,300 and 1,400 square feet of living space. Select models will also have porches.
The new homes coming to Summit are beautiful, modern farmhouse-style homes with white board and batten siding and black accents. Features in the homes will include stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sinks, designer lighting, and other on-trend finishes and amenities. More of these homes will be coming to Summit in late 2022/early 2023.
Managed by J&H Asset Property Management, Inc., a sister company to HomeQuest, Summit Mobile Home Community offers residents a clubhouse, pool, and outdoor entertaining areas for their enjoyment. In addition to great public schools as well as charter and private schools, West Hills and adjacent Canoga Park are a vibrant mix of businesses, shopping, dining, entertainment, and cultural areas. Just up Woolsey Canyon Road is Sage Ranch Park, a beautiful 625-acre park and wildlife corridor offering picnic tables and scenic hiking trails.
