Claudia Martinez is a Licensed Manufactured and Mobilehome Sales Agent through the Department of Housing and Community Development in the state of California and is a Real Estate Licensee for the Department of Real Estate. She is also an employee at J & H Asset Property Mgt., which specialize in the management of mobile home parks, manufactured home communities, and RV Parks.

Her current assignment is as a property manager assistant responsible for the day-to-day operations of 23 mobilehome parks within the five counties serving the greater California Metropolitan area.  Utilizing the skills Claudia has learned in serving the mobilehome industry has given her the confidence and knowledge to pursue mobilehome sales.
